Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence seeks a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial guidance in a busy branch in Addo. You will help customers with transactional needs, educate them on banking channels, and grow client relationships in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.

You will build long-term relationships, meet sales and service targets, and maintain accurate records while upholding ethical standards and brand commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs
• Connect with customers by living up to the brand promise of how can we help you at all times
• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
• Conduct yourself in an ethical manner; take accountability for performance and development
