The ideal candidate has supervisory hotel experience, strong leadership and excellent guest relations, with hands-on problem-solving skills and a professional, hospitality-driven approach to every shift.

Qualificações

• Experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise front office and guest-facing teams, ensuring high service standards.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Monitor check-in and check-out procedures and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support staff management, including shift planning and team coordination.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to maintain operational standards.
• Assist with administrative duties, reporting and operational procedures.
• Ensure the hotel maintains its reputation for quality service and attention to detail.
