Placements24 is assisting a prestigious boutique hotel in Johannesburg in finding an experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations and guest experiences. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, managing budgets, and driving profitability in a intimate luxury setting.

The successful candidate will oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance; recruit and develop a small team; ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance; and contribute to marketing and revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably boutique or luxury settings.
• Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk software and reservation systems.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable.
