Qualifications

You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and manage a diverse team, all while maintaining the unique character and charm of this special establishment in the Free State province.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales.

Requirements

• Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems.
