Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-speed production lines and automated equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct all activities on the production floor during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Train, coach, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance and adherence to procedures.
