About the Role

Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer with a significant operational footprint in South Africa. They are looking for a diligent and experienced Shift Supervisor to manage operations during their assigned shift at the bottling plant in Polokwane . This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of beverages. The Shift Supervisor will lead a team of production operators, monitor line performance, manage adherence to production schedules, and uphold strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of bottling processes, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. This position requires on-site presence throughout the shift and is based at the Polokwane facility. This is a critical operational role, integral to the daily success of the plant.
