Motus Corporation in Edenvale, Gauteng is seeking a permanent Accounts role to manage cash book processing, daily bank reconciliations, and clearing expenditure for dealership operations. You will ensure timely postings and monitor cash movements to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include reconciling General Ledger accounts, paying foreign creditors, receipting from bank, petty cash control, and weekly workshop float checks with the Accountant and DP.

Responsibilities

• Processing of Cash Book and daily bank reconciliations.
• Processing of all clearing expenditure and reconciliation of clearing accounts.
• Paying foreign creditors and reconciling General Ledger accounts.
• Daily receipting from bank and petty cash control for dealership.
• Weekly check of workshop float with Accountant and DP and addressing variances.
