Altron, based in Plattekloof, Cape Town, seeks an experienced Billing Team Leader to oversee day-to-day billing across our projects and contracts. You will drive accuracy, prevent revenue leakage, and ensure timely invoicing while coaching a small team in a fast-paced finance environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Excel skills, and experience with contract billing and revenue assurance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and support month-end

Qualificações

5+ years’ billing/invoicing experience.
2+ years’ experience managing customer maintenance contracts.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong billing, reconciliation and revenue assurance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Lead, allocate and monitor the Billing team’s daily workload.
Ensure billing and pre-billing are completed within required deadlines.
Monitor outstanding billing, resolved calls, contracts and credit notes.
Ensure billing documentation, customer rates and installed-base information are accurate.
Resolve and escape complex billing queries.
Drive billing controls, process improvement and automation.
Support month-end readiness and reporting.
