Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Billing specialist or Credit control team leader.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of the billing team and coach members.
• Sign off refunds and ensure compliance with credit control policy.
• Generate reports on accounts payable activities and billing statuses.

Skills

Understanding of financial principles

Experience with billing systems

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Grade 12
