Profile Personnel is looking for a Junior Billing Officer in Stellenbosch, South Africa to assist with the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of customer invoices. Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in billing, invoicing, or general finance administration advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer skills and experience with accounting software are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Assist with billing reports, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
