Job summary

Western Cape Recruitment seeks a Billing Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. You will handle account reconciliation, prepare statements, and spot/correct errors on bills.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge, bilingual English/Afrikaans, and proficiency with billing software (Infosoft, SAGE X3, ICE) and Excel. A valid driver's license and own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate/ Matric.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Working knowledge of Billing System software (Infosoft/SAGE X3/ICE).
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Own vehicle with valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and prepare account statements.
• Identify mistakes on accounts and bills and correct them.
