Job summary

RSAWEB in Cape Town is hiring a Billing Assurance specialist to manage escalated billing disputes, audits, and adjustments, while supporting customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Live Chat and support tickets.

You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Debtors, Sales, Product), ensuring billing accuracy, revenue protection, and timely project closures, while staying up-to-date on products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting principles and VAT.
• Experience in Debtors and Creditor processes.
• Ability to communicate billing information clearly across channels.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated billing disputes and investigations.
• Conduct billing audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Debtors, Sales and Product teams on billing matters.
• Handle billing inquiries via WhatsApp, Live Chat and tickets.
• Support weekly project closure checks and payment plans.
• Validate cession and service changes for accurate billing.
• Stay updated on products, promotions and policies.
