Qualifications

Preferred Qualified Registered Nurse.
More than 3 years' experience in a managed health care environment.
Advanced computer literacy and knowledge of private hospital billing operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational billing processes at the Billing Operations Cluster.
Lead and develop a team of billing and case management professionals.
Develop training programs and provide performance feedback.
Monitor data and metrics, generate reports, identify trends and improvements.
Collaborate with IT, finance and other departments to improve billing tools and systems.
Ensure compliance with funder rules and Netcare Tariff Billing Guidelines.
Drive transformation goals and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Manage staff attendance, orientation and develop leaders.
