Qualifications

• Experience leading billing operations in a subscription environment.
• Proven ability to manage managers/supervisors and multi-person teams.
• Strong knowledge of billing controls, adjustments, and customer dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including setup, recurring charges, adjustments, credits, refunds, and payment application.
• Manage customer billing inquiries, disputes, and escalations with clear explanations of charges and activity.
• Lead Billing Supervisors, set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure training and resources are available.
• Ensure compliance with policies, approvals, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit trails.
• Provide regular reporting and analytics to senior management; drive continuous improvement of billing journeys.
