ContactPoint360 is seeking a German/English Speaking-Order Operations Specialist in Durban, South Africa. This full-time, on-site role involves handling customer inquiries, creating quotes and orders for direct customers and Channel Partners, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve order-related queries.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in customer care or inside sales, a solid understanding of sales cycles, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer care, support, or inside sales
• Software industry experience is a plus, especially in the EMEA region
• Solid understanding of sales cycles and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Comfort with technical information and ability to explain it clearly
• Fluency in English and German is a must; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Qualifying and processing customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Creating quotes and processing orders for direct customers and Channel Partners
• Handling cancellations, invoices, billing requests and sales taxes
• Maintaining customer data in CRM and e-commerce systems
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams on legal, accounting or technical questions
• Working with global Customer Support Specialists and international Sales colleagues
• Representing the company professionally and handling objections
• Continuously seeking improvements in customer communications and processes
• Taking on side projects within a reasonable framework
