Job summary

CB Talents SP in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, is hiring German and English speaking Customer Service Representatives for an on-site role. You will assist German- and English-speaking customers, handle enquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.

The position operates on a 24/7 rotating schedule with opportunities to develop strong communication skills and meet performance targets. A matric qualification and SA ID or valid residence permit are required, with prior customer service

Qualifications

Fluent German, written and spoken.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
South African ID or valid residence permit.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German and English via required communication channels.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Handle and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of service.
