Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Employee Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits.
• Experience with Everest and .NET.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and programmers.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Requirements

• Matric with Higher Grade Mathematics.
• A BCom or BSc degree (or similar qualification) will be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar environment with strong knowledge of Employee Benefits.
• Practical experience working with Everest and .NET.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is a strict requirement.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively alongside developers and programmers.
• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.
