Qualifications

• NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
• RE5 Qualification (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• FAIS compliant.
• CFP® designation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Market Old Mutual Corporate products and services to intermediaries and clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Support intermediaries in growing their books with Old Mutual by identifying prospects.
• Promote Old Mutual Corporate solutions to brokers and advisers.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Meet annual new business, growth, and retention targets.
• Develop intermediary account strategies and business plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews and track performance against objectives.
• Manage and service existing intermediary relationships and client portfolios.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within client portfolios.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across all brokers in the portfolio.
• Drive retention of existing business and maintain long-term relationships.
• Analyze portfolio performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain pipeline management and business reporting disciplines.
• Build and strengthen relationships with intermediaries and decision-makers.
• Influence intermediaries to position Old Mutual Corporate solutions.
