Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of financial advisors, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with both prospective and existing clients. You will drive demand for financial products, manage key accounts, and mentor staff to improve performance.

The role centers on selling propositions, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with senior colleagues for concessions when necessary.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Experience leading a small to medium-sized team of advisors.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to the team and align with the function's strategy.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing customers.
• Sell customer propositions with clear rationale and standard terms.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, events, and campaigns.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and corrective actions.
• Support operations and supervise transactional activities.
• Promote customer focus and collaborate with colleagues to meet needs.
• Deliver specialized support for key accounts and respond to complex inquiries.
• Develop customer contact plans for launches and campaigns to build new relationships.
