Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver expert advice on beauty and skincare products while delivering exceptional customer service in-store. You will help customers select products, promote promotions, and maintain the beauty department to high standards.

The role focuses on sales growth, stock control, and engaging with customers to build loyalty. You will work with store management to ensure targets are achieved and brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Experience within beauty / skincare / retail / FMCG environment
• Strong customer service orientation and product knowledge are essential
• Ability to upsell, cross-sell and promote promotions across the beauty department

Responsabilités

• Consult with customers, answer product questions and advise on best products to meet needs
• Drive and maximise sales through promotion, cross-selling and upselling to meet monthly targets
• Monitor sales and product performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain updated knowledge on beauty products, trends, promotions and events
• Efficiently execute operational activities in the beauty department including stock management and housekeeping
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards are met
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador and maintain a professional service
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to reach targets
• Increase profitability and loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products
• Support Clicks values in delivering a great customer experience
