Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a customer-focused Beauty Advisor to deliver expert advice on skincare and beauty products in-store. You will promote merchandise, manage stock and maintain high housekeeping standards to build loyalty and maximise sales.

You will consult with customers, answer product questions and help select the best products for their needs, while delivering superior service as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/retail/FMCG or sales/marketing environments is desirable.
• Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products and promotions.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to meet targets and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and advise on products to meet needs.
