Aufgaben

• Consult with customers, answer product questions and advise on best products for needs.
• Drive and maximise sales of the beauty department through promotion, cross-selling and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor sales and product performance, suggesting enhancements to offerings and promotions.
• Maintain updated knowledge on beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions and events to provide accurate information.
• Efficiently execute all beauty department operations including stock management, housekeeping and admin.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards are consistently met.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to reach targets.
