Qualifications

Grade 12 is required.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
Minimum 5–7 years of Business Development experience in specialised services.
Experience in solutions design and mitigation case studies.
Computer literacy is required.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
PSIRA registration is required.

Responsibilities

Escort high-value commodities experience (e.g., cash-in-transit, precious metals).
Background in close protection services.
Build a strong network within security, logistics or high-risk sectors.
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Drive growth and client engagement with a results-driven mindset.
Support customers with proposals and solutions; lead marketing initiatives.
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and sales growth in Specialised Solutions.
