Job summary

HRCorp is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to join its sales division, driving sales growth and expanding presence across key sectors including property, banking, healthcare and private education.

You will develop targeted sales strategies, conduct market research, participate in tender processes, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers while maintaining high integrity and urgency in all activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a sales or commercial role (preferably security/guarding)
• Strong background in pricing, costing and financial analysis
• Sales & Marketing or related qualification
• PSIRA registered

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Participate in tender processes to secure key commercial contracts
• Achieve 100 sales calls per week, securing a minimum of 10 appointments at a 1:10 conversion rate
• Ensure all administrative documentation is completed (quotations, profit sheets, handover packs, credit checks)
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across key sectors
• Conduct site visits and needs analyses
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
