Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Sales certificate or related qualification is advantageous.
• 1-3 years' retail sales experience.
• Battery fitment experience is essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with battery and related product sales.
• Perform battery testing, replacement and fitment.
• Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers.
• Process sales, quotations and customer transactions accurately.
• Promote current specials and new products.
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation and replenishment.
• Ensure shelves and displays are neat and well-stocked.
• Handle customer queries, returns and claims professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
