Job summary

MASA Outsourcing in South Africa seeks a motivated Battery Fitment Salesman to drive sales growth, assist walk-in customers with battery and related product sales, perform testing, replacement and fitment, and provide practical product recommendations.

You will maintain excellent customer service standards, process sales and quotations accurately, promote specials, manage stock rotation and displays, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required; a sales certificate or related qualification is advantageous.
• 1-3 years' retail sales experience is preferred.
• Battery fitment experience is essential.
• Must be computer literate and able to use basic sales software.
• Good communication and customer service skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with battery and related product sales.
• Perform battery testing, replacement and fitment.
• Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers.
• Process sales, quotations and customer transactions accurately.
• Promote current specials and new products.
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation and replenishment.
