Job summary

Headhunters is seeking a Sales Representative (Battery Fitment) to join the team in Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga. The role focuses on sourcing new opportunities, closing sales, and growing the customer base within the region.

The candidate should have matric and a sales certificate (NQF 5), up to 3 years in a similar role, and solid knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, MS Office, and sales principles. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in Sales or relevant field (NQF 5).
• Up to 3 years experience as a Sales Representative in retail or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/ERP systems knowledge.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities and close deals to meet targets.
• Grow revenue by managing client relationships and negotiating terms.
• Research competitors and monitor market to position the company effectively.
• Forecast sales and develop strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain and expand the customer base in the assigned area.
• Provide regular status updates to Regional Manager on activities.
• Coordinate promotional ideas and align customer strategies with company goals.
• Assist with credit processes and debt collection with Debtors.
