Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Banquets and Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of event catering at their Randburg venue. You will plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large banquets, ensuring exceptional food quality, service and guest satisfaction.

You will manage a catering team, coordinate with clients, and oversee event logistics from initial booking to final billing, with a focus on leadership and strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Banquets Manager, Catering Manager, or similar in event hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, event planning, and menu development.
• Excellent leadership and communication with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
