Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in event planning/banquet coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for clients booking banquets and catered events.
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menus, room layouts, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop detailed event timelines and ensure adherence by all parties.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to discuss event details and finalize arrangements.
• Liaise with kitchen, service, and bar staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, including florists, decorators, and entertainment providers.
• Prepare event BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and distribute to departments.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, presenting the venue to high standards.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory management for event supplies and decor.
• Ensure all events are executed within budget and to client satisfaction.
