Qualifications

• Experience managing kitchen operations for large events (200+ guests).
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and presentation styles for banquets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in food costing, inventory management, and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team during banquet service, ensuring efficient preparation and plating of all dishes.
• Develop and execute high-quality banquet menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and catering management.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all banquet events.
