Job summary

FNB in Midrand is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a fast-paced branch. You will guide customers to banking and digital self-services while upholding FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance standards.

You will build relationships, meet service targets, manage leads, and stay updated on product offerings and systems to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner, understanding needs to identify suitable banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital platforms, e-Channels and self-service options.
• Fulfil transactions and meet service targets in a high-volume branch.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF.
