Job summary

FirstRand Bank India operates a Universal Advisor role within a high-volume POP environment. You will deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers, while proactively identifying needs and guiding them to suitable banking solutions and digital channels.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, or related FAIS fields.
1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
Must comply with FAIS, FICA and TCF regulations and governance.

Responsibilities

Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and promote banking products and digital channels.
Migrate customers to e-Channels and self-service platforms where appropriate.
Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Meet sales, service and customer experience targets in a high-volume branch.
