Job summary

FirstRand Group invites applications for a Universal Advisor in a busy branch setting. You will engage customers with a professional approach, identify needs, and provide suitable banking solutions while guiding clients to digital and self-service platforms.

The role emphasizes compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF, alongside delivering high-volume service and cross-selling opportunities. Training and development are provided within a dynamic POP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment.
• Promote digital and self-service channels to customers.
• Engage customers in a positive, ethical and professional manner while understanding and addressing their banking needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
