Job summary

FirstRand Limited is recruiting a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment. You will engage customers, identify needs, and guide them to the best banking products and digital/self-service channels while upholding FAIS, FICA, and TCF standards.

The role emphasizes ethical conduct, accuracy in records, and ongoing personal development in product offerings and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and customer experience targets.
• Experience in financial services or branch customer support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner and identify banking needs.
• Educate customers on correct channels and platforms, promoting digital/self-service options.
• Fulfil transactions and cross-sell appropriate banking solutions within policy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance.
• Act as a brand ambassador in a high-volume branch environment.
