Job summary

Discovery Limited in Johannesburg is seeking a Lead Conversion Consultant to drive telesales of the Discovery Bank Product Suite via inbound and outbound calls. You will manage and convert various lead types, ensuring accurate client data and targeted product recommendations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment within the DCM Distribution unit, reporting to the follow-up team leader; success means hitting monthly activation targets and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric and 1–2 years sales experience required.
• Outbound telesales experience preferred.
• Banking experience is advantageous.
• Strong target-driven and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly activations target set by the business.
• Capture all client application information accurately on the system.
• Based on client profile ensure that correct products are sold to clients.
• Meet all Productivity requirements.
• Meet all Quality and Compliance requirements.
• Successfully complete all ongoing assessments.
• Targets will be communicated by the TL/Manager and is subject to change as per business requirements.
