Discovery Connect in Durban is seeking a Bank DC Sales Consultant to join the sales call centre. The role focuses on telesales of the Discovery Bank Product Suite to clients, managing inbound and outbound leads and driving conversions.

The successful candidate will work to meet monthly targets and maintain accuracy in data capture while ensuring compliance and high-quality service. Prior knowledge of Discovery Bank is advantageous, with RE5 and NQF5 credentials preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Matric is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound telesales.
• Advantageous: Discovery Bank knowledge and RE5 qualification.

Aufgaben

• Sell the Discovery Bank Product Suite to clients via inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage and convert leads generated by the business.
• Respond to new leads regarding product inquiries with intent to convert to a sale.
• Achieve monthly sales and activations targets set by the business.
• Capture client information accurately in the system; verify product fit.
• Meet productivity, quality and compliance requirements; complete ongoing assessments.
