Job summary

Discovery Limited, through Discovery Connect, is hiring a Lead Conversion Consultant to drive telesales for the Discovery Bank Product Suite from our call centre in South Africa. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, convert interest into active accounts, and achieve monthly activation targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

We're seeking a target-driven, fluent English/Afrikaans speaker with matrices literacy and 1–2 years telesales experience.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of outbound telesales experience preferred.
• Banking experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell Discovery Bank Product Suite via inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage and convert lead types to active accounts.
• Meet monthly activation, productivity, and compliance targets.
• Capture client information accurately on the system.
