Discovery Connect is seeking a driven telesales agent to join a fast-paced sales call centre in Durban. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote the Discovery Bank Product Suite, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales while maintaining high accuracy in data capture.

The role focuses on target achievement, brand building, and engaging clients with a range of financial products. A matric and 1–2 years of telesales experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Matric and 1–2 years outbound telesales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans advantageous.
• Proficient PC skills (email, Word, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Consistently achieve monthly sales and activations targets.
• Capture client application information accurately in the system.
• Route clients to the appropriate product offerings based on profile.
• Meet productivity, quality and compliance requirements.
• Complete ongoing assessments as required.
