Discovery Connect is seeking a Bank DC Sales Consultant in Durban to join our call centre team. You will drive telesales for the Discovery Bank Product Suite, handling inbound and outbound leads, and aim to convert enquiries into activations.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience (outbound preferred) and matric. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on targets, quality, and customer care, contributing to the growth of Discovery Bank.

Qualifications

• Matric
• At least 1-2 years sales experience, preferably outbound telesales
• Advantageous Discovery Bank knowledge and RE5/Banking qualification
