Job summary

StepStone Group in Johannesburg is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to sign on and partner with businesses, adding value and transforming how they hire talent. In the SMB department you will help drive the success of Pnet by building a strong pipeline and closing deals.

You will manage client relationships, upsell where appropriate, and work with CRM tools and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong cold calling and telephonic skills.
• Ability to articulate solutions clearly, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage high-quality leads for a robust sales pipeline.
• Prospect, cold call, close deals and upsell Pnet solutions.
• Manage client relationships through strategic conversations and product usage tracking.
• Maintain accurate admin and reporting using the CRM system.
• Seek opportunities for upskilling to improve results.
