Job summary

The Unlimited Global Business Solutions is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to proactively engage prospective customers from a Durban-based call centre environment, focusing on outbound calls, needs analysis, and accurate capture of lead information to support the sales and business development teams.

You will meet daily and monthly targets, work UK hours, and ensure compliance with scripts and processes.

Qualifications

• Matric or Equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in Lead Generation within a B2B setting/campaign.
• Call Centre environment sales experience in a UK Campaign is advantageous.
• Proven Sales development or Business development experience.
• Ability to work in UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases and dialer systems.
• Introduce the company, its products or services, and the purpose of the call in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (e.g. interest, eligibility, need).
• Capture accurate customer and lead information on CRM or lead management systems.
• Book callbacks, appointments, or referrals for senior sales or advisory teams where required.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and lead generation targets (calls, contacts, qualified leads).
• Comply with all scripts, processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and resilience in a high-volume-called environment.
• Participate in coaching, training, and quality assurance sessions to improve performance continuously.
