You are a true “Sales Maker” who thrives on high-call volumes, rapid quotes, and active pipeline follow-ups. Use CRM and ERP tools (SAP) to log activity, generate quotes, and convert opportunities into orders.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on B2B IT sales experience in IT hardware or technology supply.
• High-energy, proactive sales maker mindset with ability to handle high call volumes and proactive client outreach.
• Background in IT hardware, distribution, or technology supply.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; SAP is a major advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport for Gauteng client visits.

Responsibilities

• Active Telephonic Engagement & Call Targets: Meet and exceed daily outbound client call targets to follow up on quotes, check stock availability, re-engage dormant accounts, and drive consistent customer touchpoints.
• Active Quoting & Sales Follow-ups: Respond promptly to incoming sales requests, prepare professional quotes, negotiate terms, and convert open opportunities into closed orders.
• Account Servicing & Client Visits: Visit existing customers (~20% road time) to maintain strong relationships, understand their parts requirements, and cross-sell product ranges.
• Relationship & Account Management: Build dependable, long-term working relationships with corporate clients, resellers, and service providers through fast, accurate service.
• Sales Administration & Systems: Generate quotes, process sales orders, and issue invoices using ERP software (SAP) while logging all customer touchpoints and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed both activity (call/outreach) targets and monthly sales/gross margin performance targets.
