Zohorecruit in Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, is seeking an internal sales administrator for part-time hours (Mon-Fri 8:00–12:30). You will handle enquiries, qualify RFQs, and log activity in the CRM to keep the sales pipeline accurate and progressing.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with OEMs, finance, supply chain and operations, and maintaining records and price lists with attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Matric certificate and relevant diploma/degree.
• 3+ years of experience in internal sales, sales support, or sales administration (ideally B2B and technical).
• Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail.
• Confident, professional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Enquiry & Lead Handling: log enquiries, qualify RFQs, and route queries in CRM.
• Quotations & Pricing: prepare accurate quotes using price lists and templates.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment: process customer and purchase orders, coordinate logistics.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: keep CRM data up to date and track quotes and orders.
• Sales Reporting: compile weekly reports and track open quotes and follow-ups.
• Liaison & Support: liaison with customers, OEMs, finance, and operations.
