Staff Solutions in South Africa is seeking a proactive sales support and business development assistant to grow opportunities in agriculture, ICT and priority sectors. You will assist with lead generation, nurture prospects, schedule discovery meetings, and coordinate proposals while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role collaborates with HR and procurement to tailor training and learnership offerings as B-BBEE solutions.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in sales, business development or related roles.
• Understanding of B-BBEE and learnerships is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Diploma/certificate/degree in relevant field advantageous.
• Positive attitude and interest in consultative sales.

Responsabilidades

• Research potential opportunities in agriculture, ICT and priority sectors.
• Assist with cold calling, lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Maintain pipeline records using the company’s funnel method.
• Coordinate discovery meetings and sales engagements with clients.
• Engage with HR, transformation and procurement to assess needs.
• Support positioning of training and learnership offerings as B-BBEE solutions.
• Prepare tailored proposals with internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide admin support and track client milestones.
• Maintain CRM and sales documentation.
