Job summary

People Dimension, based in Pretoria, is looking for a candidate for a BEE Consulting role. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in B Com or LLB, and possess 2 - 5 years’ experience in the BEE Consulting environment. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios and supporting Principal consultants in service delivery.

The role also demands proficiency in the BEE Act and Codes and requires the individual to train others while achieving sales targets. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role within BEE Consulting environment.
• Knowledge of the BEE Act and Codes.
• Must have a valid Code B Driver’s Licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and support Principal consultants.
• Achieve add-on sales targets based on your client portfolio.
• Train analysts and colleagues regularly.
