Job summary

BUI is a premier technology consultancy delivering cloud, security, networking and managed services globally. We seek an experienced MSP Consultant with a strong Azure focus to troubleshoot complex issues, administer cloud services and mentor junior engineers.

You will manage incidents, work across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity and hybrid infrastructure, and contribute to improving the MSP's Azure capability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Microsoft certifications listed in the posting.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience resolving escalated incidents in an SLA-driven environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and hybrid infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical escalations from MSP Engineers and resolve complex incidents.
• Administer and support Azure environments including VMs, networking and storage.
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive in Microsoft 365.
• Support DNS, DHCP, VPN, and hybrid network infrastructure.
• Mentor MSP Engineers and contribute to SOPs and knowledge articles.
