Job summary

BUI, a leading technology consultancy in Rosebank, seeks an MSP Engineer to join the Managed Services team. You will monitor queues, triage incidents, and resolve issues related to Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, Intune, and VPN in a 24/7 support setting.

Work will involve leveraging Jira, ITSM and MSP monitoring tools, documenting findings, and escalating where required to meet SLAs and drive service improvement across client environments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience in IT service management and frontline MSP support.
• Hands-on with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure services.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing workflows and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ticket queues and alerts, perform triage and prioritisation.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within MSP scope.
• Escalate complex issues and document outcomes in Jira.
• Maintain ownership of tickets until resolution and SLA compliance.
• Contribute to knowledge base and SOP improvements.
