Job summary
Network Contracting is seeking an experienced Azure Engineer to manage and enhance our Azure infrastructure while leading cloud transformation initiatives. You will design, deploy, and optimise enterprise-scale cloud environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
You will drive IaC deployments, monitor performance, and implement governance, security controls, and disaster recovery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in an Azure Engineering or Cloud Engineering role.
- Hands-on experience managing Azure environments in production
- Experience with cloud migrations and infrastructure automation
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing cloud security and governance frameworks
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Implement and manage cloud governance and compliance controls
- Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Manage Azure networking, storage, and compute resources
- Support cloud migration and modernization projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimise cloud operations
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and cloud best practices
