Responsibilities include regulatory compliance (SACAA, EASA), budget management, and continuous improvement of training methods and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Education, or related field.
• 7+ years in aviation training or operations with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Licenses or certifications (e.g., Pilot License, Instructor Rating) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain aviation training programs and curricula for pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, and ground staff.
• Oversee training delivery ensuring regulatory compliance (SACAA, EASA) and company policies.
• Lead and mentor aviation instructors; provide performance feedback and professional development.
• Ensure training materials, simulators, and equipment are current and compliant.
• Conduct training needs analyses and develop training solutions.
• Manage the training budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Engage with regulatory bodies to meet compliance requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and instructor performance.
