Placements24 in Randburg is seeking a highly experienced Senior Aviation Project Manager to lead critical aviation initiatives from conception to completion. You will oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure delivery of high-value projects aligned with company objectives.

This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, execution excellence, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in a dynamic Gauteng environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in project management with at least 5 years in aviation.
• Proven track record managing large-scale aviation projects (infrastructure, fleet expansion, tech implementation).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple aviation projects, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Facilitate communication among teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to aviation regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
